      NANGROW is a nutritious milk drink and not a meal replacement. We recommend 2 serves of NANGROW as a part of a balanced diet. This will help support your child’s growth & development. Please contact your pediatrician or nutritionist for further advice.

    • 2. What are the signs that my child is growing up fine?

      To ensure your child is growing holistically, it is important to look at both physical (such as height and weight) as well as non-physical characteristics (such as mental, cognitive and emotional development). Contact your pediatrician to learn more about your child’s growth. .

    • 3. How do I ensure whether my child is getting all the required nutrients?

      In order to ensure your child gets the required nutrients the daily diet of the child should consist of both macro and micronutrients which will help support the growth and development of your child.

      • Macronutrients like carbohydrates, proteins and fats are required in larger quantities. Carbohydrates are found in cereals (rice, wheat), pulses (dals, rajma), potatoes, etc. Sources of protein are milk, paneer, curd, dals. While fats are present in walnuts, almonds, cooking oil, butter, ghee.
      • Micronutrients like vitamins and minerals are required in smaller quantities. These nutrients can be added to the diet through milk, fruits, vegetables, green leafy vegetables (spinach), dry fruits (dates, prunes, apricots) etc.

      When given in right amounts these nutrients help support your child’s healthy bones, skin, eyes, and build immunity.

      Proteins are of two types – whey and casein. Casein is difficult to digest, decreases satiety levels, triggers higher food intake, and leads to a risk of obesity. Whey protein is better quality protein. It is easy to digest and is a source of essential amino acids.
