Milk Procurement
Milk sourced from >90,000 farmers across Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan.
It is collected in Farm Cooling Tanks at villages, chilled and maintained at 4°C
After basic quality tests, it is transported in high quality insulated stainless steel tankers at < 6°C
Raw Material Testing
Raw materials analyzed for 2023 parameters in a year.
Milk tested for >70 quality and safety parameters before use in the final product
Milk samples can be traced right back to the farmer who supplied it.
Manufacturing
Every batch of finished product is tested for 142 parameters.
All packs are flushed with inert Nitrogen gas to expel Oxygen and maintain quality of product throughout shelf life. No preservatives are used.
Product is passed through metal detectors and X-ray machines to prevent any contamination
The entire process is untouched by hand, ensuring quality of the final product
Packaging

NANGROW comes with a robust packaging in laminate & an outer box to protect product quality & safety.
We aim to improve consumer awareness through proper storage and handling instructions on the inner and outer packs.
The outer box is covered in an overwrap film for additional protection
Transportation

Vehicles used for transportation of Nestlé products are checked at manufacturing locations and warehouses as per defined Quality parameters.

Inspection of stocks is done at warehouses and distributors when received, and discrepancy, if any, is highlighted to the source for suitable action.
